Low XP
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
Script
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!
A Strategy Curator found this strategy to be especially helpful and higlighted it with this tag to give it more exposure.

I finally got this done once I chose 3 snails with the highest power, not the highest health. It took me a few tries with other options (high health, high speed) until I realized what was truly needed. (edited)

Lisma wrote on 2017-12-03 10:06:26

A bit different tactics with the same team. It's easier to win with this tactics.

Critter Team:
Any Snail x3 - 1, 1, 1
Breeds with more health are preferred.

Use Acidic Goo, Dive and Ooze Touch. This battle is a bit RNG dependent, but you will win much more often than lose.

Regular tactic didnt work. I was wondering myself as well, why not use dive. Sure it takes longer, but is a guaranteed win (edited)

ability(Acidic Goo:369) [!enemy.aura(Acidic Goo:368).exists]
ability(Dive:564)
ability(Ooze Touch:445)

I've used:

Silkbead Snail (LVL 21) : Ooze Touch, Acidic Goo, Dive
Rapana Whelk: Ooze Touch, Acidic Goo, Dive
Void-Scarred Hare: Scratch, Early Advantage, Void Tremors

Silkbead Snail => Acidic Goo => Dive => Ooze touch (as much as you can "rng with crit boss)
Void-Scarred Hare => Void Tremors => Scratch (as mush as you can)
Rapana Whelk => Acidic Goo => Dive => Boss Dead

I used the snail team but failed until I changed the order to use ooze touch, dive, and whatever I had the health to pull off (possibly). Same for each snail.

spearmoore2 wrote on 2018-11-19 17:21:07

used Scooter..1,1,1....H/H
Rapana Whelk..1,1,1....H/B
Silkbead Snail..1,1,1..H/S
Scooter got him down pass 1/2...the whelk finished him, didn't bring out the silkbead...nice strat

abi wrote on 2017-11-05 01:35:22

I followed the advice on wowhead and went with 2x snails and 1x egbert. acidic goo and ooze touch as usual with the two snails, then adrenaline rush and trample with egbert. Done!

Ahdra wrote on 2018-07-18 16:39:55

Thanks. I had Scooter, Rapana Welk and Egbert - worked great!

Anonymous wrote on 2018-01-10 04:18:12

Worked beautifully first try, and I even got my first snail, ooze touch and acidic goo backwards. Thanks so much!

Anyone lucky enough to have a Zergling might consider opening with Metabolic Boost, Zergling Rush, then switching to the snails.

kess wrote on 2017-12-10 13:24:04

three snails one green, worked first time thanks

Jingster wrote on 2017-12-02 16:12:37

I used Scooter the Snail as my first snail and it worked like a charm

Verges wrote on 2017-10-12 16:43:55

Tough fight, as suggested the Nether Roach was very helpful. Deathscreech getting any crits here mean restart

Hannah wrote on 2017-09-10 02:24:46

If you use any critter pet that has stampede/swarm, etc in the first slot, it makes it a little faster since your snail can then nail him with Ooze Touch. Nether Roach is best if you one, since he has a Magic attack you can use before swarm, but i did it with a Frostfur, using Refuge then stampede. Worked perfect and both my snails benefited from the Refuge block. Finished with my last snail still at 60% health. :P

Icemo wrote on 2017-10-02 01:23:42

That worked really well. Thanks!

Susie wrote on 2017-08-30 11:36:55

Great! 2 of my snails were green and one of those lvl 24. It was close but I got it first go.

Turbo wrote on 2017-08-30 15:55:50

you seem to have prayed to RNGesus. mine are all blue, lvl 25 and i got critted to death 4x now :P

EyeSage wrote on 2017-09-17 21:36:30

I had a snail get one shot, on my next try I only used 2 snails. I had the worst of RNG then the best of RNG.

Yewfire wrote on 2017-09-12 04:27:27

Worked first time. Thanks!

Dakini wrote on 2017-09-08 22:42:52

Used snails – 1 1 1 with high health Acid Goo then Touch .

Sereus wrote on 2017-08-31 17:39:45

Replaced first Snail with Nether Roach 2/1/1. Nether Blast x2 then Swarm. Your Roach dies but leaves the double damage on for your first Ooze Touch. From there proceed as shown.
