This is a frustrating fight. No-No doesn't use any attacks predictably, and due to her extremely fast speed she almost always gets to attack first. If you want to Dodge or Lift Off to avoid the Dive move, you'll just have to guess. Sometimes No-No cleaves three turns in a row, sometimes not. I don't think it's really possible to make a "script" for such an unscripted fight.

I found success with Dodging first move on Enchanted pen, and if No-no Dives you win. If not, abandon the fight and go again.

No-No doesn't use its moves in a specific order, so take the turns above with a grain of salt. You'll want more of a priority system:

Priority 1: Swap to your Level Pet on No-No's first build of Beaver Dam
Priority 2: Swap back to your Enchanted Pen to swap out Level Pet
Priority 3: Pass when Beaver Dam is up
Priority 4: Forboding Curse if not on No-No / When Forboding Curse is at 1 Duration
Priority 5: Lift-Off when No-No is underwater and Beaver Dam is not up
Priority 6: Evanescence when No-No is underwater and Beaver Dam is not up, or when your health is low to get a few more hits / apply Forboding Curse
Priority 7: Quills / Slicing Wind
