If a cockroach comes in I'd suggest switching to one of the Shale Hatchlings. Since he casts Apocalypse followed by Shell Shield, you have a round to get your hatchling in, a round to get Stoneskin up, and then just Poison Spit from that point on.

I tried the strategy and it failed, something is broken with the backline pets. Now I have to run it again :( Its not 100% guaranteed win

I guess you ran in something like Cockroach that got switched in by Feign Death. It makes the fight pretty damn hard and Snowman will die to it. That what happened to me right now. I guess thats why the poster gave the hint to adjust according to the backline pets, maybe start the fight and retreat if they are no mechs

Tiny Snowman almost did it by himself. However, I used a Frigid Frostling as the second pet along with a silver dragonhawk (all fire) for the third. Worked amazingly well!

I tried this strat for the first time and the second enemy after the tiger's feign death was the automated spider tank which first stunned the snowman with interrupting jolt and almost killed it with Elemental Gatling Gun although I was able to get one more Call Blizzard in before dying. I wasn't expecting the snowman to die so soon, but I was able to finish the fight with my chosen back up pets Crimson Shale Hatchling (H/P) and Tiny Shale Spider (P/S).
