I've been using the snail/grub strat for forever and thought, why don't I try to optimize this 20+ turn strat and make it faster. Sister of Temptation New Meta |

I have tried some of the other strategies and without some pets this was the only one that worked, and it was fast and reliable. |

Sometimes when you start this fight, Tarr does not swap out his first Murloc in the first 2 turns. In that case the strategy won't work and you have to retry the fight.

For Pet 3, more generic pets such as spiders or bile larvas work too, but I put the Revenant there to ensure Gladiator Murkimus dies before performing a second leap.

(I don't run TD-scripts so I can't comment on that part.)
Depending on breeds and RNG you may have to add another attack before the last Ghostly Bite finishes the battle.
Running a team with S/B rat and S/S maggot.
9.1.5 now and still good. (edited)

My Ghastly Rat had done about 1000 damage to Murkalot before dying, so the Ghost Maggot could easily finish him off with Ghostly Bite.
I logged the battle, so can check any queries.
I suspect you made a mistake somewhere.
If you still think this is wrong, please install Pet Battle Log Keeper addon and let's see the log of the battle.

I would prefer a script, which doesn't use concret hp numbers, because I think, it might not work with all breeds. But I couldn't think of one, which wouldn't use round numbers instead and that would lead to the same problem or even worse: one crit could make it fail.

After swap to lv pet and swap back, I use crouch > consume > rabid strike. Then consume + rabid strike until Murkalot dies.
