Substitutes:

Note: You have selected a substitute pet.
The strategy might fail if you use it with this pet instead of the one the strategy creator intended.

The substitute finder looks for these criteria in relation to the original pet:
  • Same family
  • Has the required skills
  • Has the required stats (if specified)
  • Ignores specific breed requirements for the main pet, as breeds can be very different for substitutes

copy of this strategy but with Young Sand Sifter instead of Skittering Eel
This pet is both fast and has a good cleave which seemed to be key points in the Skittering Eel choice in the parent strat. The parent strats creator didn't sound like he had much confidence in his strat so I might remove this.

At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!

Hermit Crab
You've probably already seen how broken this pet is... Keep Shell Armor up whenever it's ready (unless the enemy pet is very weak against you, then you might want to hold on to it). After that Dive can be used either offensively or defensively, since you become unattackable for one round; the decision is yours.

Krag'wa's Wrath
Both #1 abilities are viable picks, it is really a matter of personal preferences. pinch usually performs worse if you have to swap your pet a lot, since the ramp-up will be lost to that

Moonfire can be either used purely offensively for the base damage it does + the 10% additional magic buff that increases your #1 ability (the pick here depends on the same preferences as for the Hermit Crab). Phase Shift is really strong when you are faster, since it will effectively dodge for two rounds, so make sure you aren't slower (fast breeds!).

A very good finisher; good single target and also some cleave damage which has a niche speed to be just barely faster than the majority of pets. If the enemyu pet has an ability that attacks multiple times per round then keep Toxic Skin up. Otherwise use Krag'wa's Wrath whenever its up and lastly Frog Kiss
